Gowtham Karthick stars in the film Theemai thaan vellum. The hunt for the heroine is still on. Director Chandi directs this picture. This is a horror and a suspense thriller. Satish and John Vijay have important roles in the film . The shooting of this film has already commenced in Chennai.

The much awaited Udhaya Nithi Stalin - Tamannah starrer Kanney Kalaimaane is likely to be released by the end of this month. Popular Tamil film director Seenu Ramasami has directed this movie. Uthaya Nithi Stalin has acted in a totally different role which he has never acted.
The hero cum producer Uthayanithi Stalin said the following -
Originally the director told me another story. But as per that script I had to have a really masculine robust body build. It would easily take five months for me to reach that build , But we had to finish the film fast. So the director told the story of Kanney Kalaimaaney which caught my eye. I am confident that this film will be a special film for me.
Tamannah is really a versatile actor. However challenging the scene may be she does it with ease in one take itself. Its really a challenge to act opposite her. Many times I was tongue tied after seeing her stalwart performance.
Though I play the role of an agriculturist in the film this film does not deal with issues of the farmers.This is a film based on Human relations and interpersonal skills. It is a story of two honest persons who meet.
