Singer S. Janaki to sing in Tamil Cinema again:

Yesteryear melody Queen  and the nightingale of South India, S. Janaki who had held the music lovers spellbound with her mesmerising voice having  rendered over 48000 songs  had sung in a Tamil film Pannadi after quite some time.. She came out of her retirement  on the request of music director Rajesh Ramalingam.She has sung two songs "un usuru kaathule"  a duet and another a pathos of the same song .Directed by Palanivel the film has R.V Udhayakumar in the cast..

Another Tamil movie in the adult comedy genre.

After the success of Trisha Illena Nayanathaara, the first tamil movie  in the above genre..another such movie "Iruttu Araiyil Murattu Kuthhu"  was produced which again was successful at the box office. The double meaning dialogues which had kept away the  female audience, attracted the youth in very large numbers. So another picture Ivanukku Yengeyo Macham Irukku featuring Vimal and  Ashna Zaveri which was made in the same genre again proved to be a money spinner.

So the latest addition to this genre of movies could be a film which has Yaashika and Nikki Thamboli
{who had earlier acted in" Iruttu Araiyil Murattu Kutthu" }, doing the lead roles.

Has the Pandoras box for movies of such genre already been opened. And can we expect such types of movies in the next few seasons?

Second innings for Anushka in Tamil Cinema

The Bahubali fame Anushka is all set to begin her second innings or second round or whatever her fans would like  to call it. The extra weight that she had  put on for her character in Injy Idupazahgi could not be reduced at all  by her despite her valiant attempts and several types of treatments.
A trip to Austria  based on the tip of her friend gave her the expected results which once was a distant dream. The treatment that she underwent there made her lose considerable weight and currently she is in Shipshape and fit as a fiddle to begin her second innings in movies including Tamil films too. That's really good news for all her die hard fans.
