 Jeeva to play the role of Cricket player Krish Srikanth in the movie titled 83. Based on the historic win of the 1983 world cup by the Indian cricket team under the captaincy of Kapil Dev the fil is being produced after the success of movies produced based on the lives of Star crciketers Sachin Tendulkar and M.S.Dhoni .Ranvir Singh will play the role of India's first world cup winning captain  and an all time favourite of millions of fans across the globe.
