The base storyline of Billa 2 is, that Ajith comes to Rameshwaram from Sri Lanka and lives with his sister. The sister of
Ajith has a child and she lives in a church as she does not like the lifestyle of Ajith. In the beginning scene of Billa 2, Ajith is being tortured by one of the Police inspectors of his camp. That inspector tries to capture Ajith in a diamond smuggling case. But Ajith gets active and captures those diamonds and gives them to the owner of the diamond himself. Here the don story of Billa 2 begins. Step by step, the scenes get Billa as one of the International dons at the climax.
