Survin Chavla is the heroine of the film Moondru per moondru kaadhal released in Tamil under the direction of Vasanth. Arjun, Chetan and Vinal also stars in this movie. Survin Chavla also starred with Arjun's Jai Hind 2 and Puthia Thiruppankal. She also acted in Telugu and Hindi films too. Survin Chavla had complained that five directors have sexually harassed her.

In an interview Soorvin Chavla said the following: In my film career, I have encountered sexual harassment. Three times south Indian fil. Industry and twice in Hindi film industry. A director south Indian film Industry told me that he wants to know each and every part of my body. Thereafter I stopped answering to his phone calls. When I went for 5he heroine's choice to act in another National Award winning director's film, he did something and made me to talk obscene. When I was returning to Mumbai as I was sick, the director asked me that may I come to Mumbai with you. I have said no to him. Someone was spoke to me as that Director does not know any other language other than Tamil.
He said that it will take some time to start the shooting and he asked me to cooperate with him and it can be stopped once the shooting is started. I asked him what to stop. Then he again said that you don't have to cooperate with him. I said that you are knocking on the wrong door. I pretend your director that thinks I have talent. Otherwise I would say no. But he has not started the picture yet. Thus said Survin Chawla.
