Pooja has secretly married a Tamilian from Sri Lanka. JJ, Attagaasam, Jitthan, Pattiyal, Thambi, Naan kadavul are some of the movies acted by actress Pooja. Pooja's mother is an Srilankan and her father is from Karnataka. After completing her studies in Bangalore Pooja started her acting career. Pooja who is progressively giving more movies in Tamil, Malayalam,Telugu ,English and Singalam, now stopped acting in south indian movies but she is pursuing her acting career only in singalam movies. Deepak shanmuganathan a model from srilanaka and actress Pooja were in loveonce.
But last year they had a break up due to some misunderstandings, hence their marriage was called off. In this situation day before yesterday Pooja and Prasan David Vedhagan from Sri Lanka got married in colombo. It was a Love marriage and Marriage function was attended only by the parents and relatives of the couple.
A Dhinakaran Reporter said on interviewing actress Pooja about the marriage, she officialy announced her marriage with Prasan David Vedhakan and we are in abroad now she said. Perhaps enquiring about this to the close circle of Pooja in chennai reported they were not invited to the marriage by her. Moreover it is clear that she had not invited any Cini field people from Tamil and also from others for her marriage
