One of the Top Actors of Tamil cinema, Ulaga Nayagan - Kamal Hassan has been announced as Sevalia Kamal Hassan. France government has been honoring the person who has been consistent with Art and Literature. In this case, Tamil actor Nadigar Thilagam Sevalia Shivaji Ganeshan was the first one who got that honour of Sevalia. After Shivaji ganesan, Aishwarya Rai, Nandita Das were honoured by the same award.
In this list of Indian artists who got Sevalia award from France Government, now Tamil actor Kamal Hassan has been honoured with this Sevalia Award this year. Sevalia award has been getting announced from the Cultural and Communication Ministry of France Government.
