Following all these tings, Tamil actor / producer Udhaya Nidhi Stalin has filed a complaint on Tamil actress Kajal Agarwal in the Tamil Cinema Producers Association and Udhaya Nidhi Stalin has mentioned in the complaint for getting the 40lakhs of money from Kajal Agarwal and give to him and the Producers Association is going to take action on this thing very soon.
