The movie starts with a train sequence that both Tamil actor Jai ( Character name - Raghavachari ); Tamil actress Nazriya Nazim ( Character name - Priya ) meet in a train travel; but with different name. That is both of them are getting the train ticket from their friends with the name of their friends and travelling. By seeing the name chart in the train, initially Jai mis understands as if the name of Nazriya as Aayisha. On the other hand, Nazriya understands as if the name of Jai is Abu bakker. With this confusion, Jai falls in love with Nazriya on his first sight. After many steps taken by Jai, Nazriya Nazim also falls in love with Jai without knowing each other that their religions are the same ( Hindu ).
After many interesting scenes, both Jai and Nazriya come to know that they are from the same religion. Even after this positive turn on the film, one more twist coming in between the pair Jai and Nazriya. What is that twist and how Jai and Nazriya handled that situation is the remaining part of the film.
The core story of the Tamil movie Thirumanam ennum Nikkah is based on a completely new subject and of course a sensitive subject as the story based on a religious related one. The screen play of this movie also has got many interesting situations as the subject is a fresh an interesting one for the Tamil cinema audience. Acting of Jai and Nazriya Nazim are equally well and good in this film. Music makes the audience to tremble their fingers on wood. Cinematography has given a pleasant color for the screen is well.
Over all, Thirumanam ennum Nikkah is a worth watching movie.
